The Role
End-to-end management of projects.
It’s an all encompassing role. You’ll be managing, both on and offline Employee Communications projects at the highest level, in control from start to successful completion. Although your focus will be Employer Communications, you may have the opportunity to work across our other two specialisms, Corporate and Financial Communications and Brand. We would play to your strengths and at the same time help you develop knowledge and new skills in other areas. Where you’re not so experienced we will help you. It might be challenging, but the results will be very rewarding.

You’ll work closely with the head of Brand at the agency and with other members of the senior team so you will get the opportunity to be involved at the very start of some interesting and leading-edge projects where we’re determining a bespoke approach for a client to address their objectives in the engagement space. Initially, you will be working predominantly with a global financial organisation and be their key day to day contact, as well as with other FTSE 100 or equivalent organisations in time. You will have extensive prior experience of delivering internal communications projects and employee engagement campaigns at this level to provide the highest standards of service. Ideally you will have managed Graduate campaigns, EVP or other attraction, recruitment and on-boarding projects. You will be able to facilitate senior level meetings, articulate your views, recognise what’s important to achieve a successful outcome, add value to the relationship, whilst empathising with clients through the more challenging situations.

Client Consultancy

Your key Responsibilities

The role’s primary purpose is to deliver new digital sales revenues from current and prospective clients. User Experience Consultant

Our client is a leading B2B communications agency with a growing digital offer. With offices in London, New York and Dubai they are expanding their business internationally and are looking to bolster their digital team by hiring a talented UX Consultant.

The Senior UX Consultant will work as part of our Digital team in London, reporting to, Director of Digital and have both a hands-on role working with clients as well as a management role across information architects.

The role is due to the continuing expansion of the agency in the digital space and an increasing number of projects and pitch opportunities.

The role

The Senior UX Consultant will have a broad role within the business. First, they will lead the user experience and information architecture offering, developing our abilities in user centred design, sitemapping, storyboarding and wireframing, pitching to client prospects and delivering work on current client projects. The role will work closely with teams across the digital spectrum: project managers, designers and developers, and will be the focal point for user experience in our digital business and beyond.

The role will also have management responsibilities, managing an existing team of two information architects (one permanent, one freelance) and recruiting as a result of business growth. As the owner of user experience, the candidate will have a unique opportunity to redefine how the agency works, the tools that are used and the processes that are employ.

Finally the role will double that of the Director of Digital as much as is practicable. In no particular order this may mean: pitching, defining requirements, gathering requirements, interpreting site statistics, benchmarking and auditing, defining creative approaches and reviewing creative output.
