The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies while managing all digital channels on a day-to-day basis. Administration includes developing and implementing strategies, raising brand awareness and advising on trends within the digital industry.

Digital Project Manager

The principal role of the Digital Project Manager is to scope, specify and project manage the development and delivery of high calibre digital solutions for our Corporate Communications business. Key Responsibilities

Project management
– Successfully manage the delivery of assigned digital projects, taking responsibility for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, to budget, are delivered to the brief and meet high levels of client satisfaction;
– Work with internal teams to interpret the client’s brief and work with the teams to create a digital solution that will meet the client’s needs;
– Develop a set of clearly defined deliverables for each project including comprehensive project documentation including project schedules, requirements documents, functional specifications and project schedules;
– Own the project management of these digital solutions, acting as the focal point for all requests and queries, effectively managing the delivery process, driving all deliverables through the creative, HTML and programming teams, and ensuring that all project amends are accurately implemented to ensure an error free delivery of projects;
– Proactively manage the scope, timings and priority of projects managing all timescales and

– Strong academics with a minimum of 2:1 degree

Experience and skills: Business experience
– At least 2-3 years’ experience in managing on-line clients and projects from inception to delivery with the ability to work unaided on digital projects;
– Familiarity with best practices in website development, including accessibility, usability and design;
– Experience interacting with clients at a variety of levels and across functions, managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;
– Experience working with security sensitive information;
– Experience of scoping and designing Internet related projects of significant scale and complexity and identifying project risks;

User Experience Consultant

Our client is a leading B2B communications agency with a growing digital offer. With offices in London, New York and Dubai they are expanding their business internationally and are looking to bolster their digital team by hiring a talented UX Consultant.

The Senior UX Consultant will work as part of our Digital team in London, reporting to, Director of Digital and have both a hands-on role working with clients as well as a management role across information architects.

The role is due to the continuing expansion of the agency in the digital space and an increasing number of projects and pitch opportunities.

The role

The Senior UX Consultant will have a broad role within the business. First, they will lead the user experience and information architecture offering, developing our abilities in user centred design, sitemapping, storyboarding and wireframing, pitching to client prospects and delivering work on current client projects. The role will work closely with teams across the digital spectrum: project managers, designers and developers, and will be the focal point for user experience in our digital business and beyond.

The role will also have management responsibilities, managing an existing team of two information architects (one permanent, one freelance) and recruiting as a result of business growth. As the owner of user experience, the candidate will have a unique opportunity to redefine how the agency works, the tools that are used and the processes that are employ.

Finally the role will double that of the Director of Digital as much as is practicable. The demands for digital are increasing across the agencies client base and for a range of branding and stakeholder communications projects. The agencies work ranges from brand microsites and communication campaigns to annual or corporate responsibility reports online and the redesign of Plc websites. Often ‘online’ first, the shape of the agencies service offer is adapting to meet these demands.  The agency is looking to hire a Prod/project manager.

Our client is looking for an experienced and delivery focussed digital project manager to join a small team to help deliver 1st class digital client experiences. We need someone who is responsible for the successful delivery of all digital projects, whether stand-alone or part of wider integrated projects. They will be reporting into account directors on most projects but there is an opportunity to be the lead project manager on others. They will also be responsible for hiring and managing producers to deliver projects in busy periods. The ideal candidate comes from a similar, fast paced agency environment and is at ease with the issues and challenges short, medium and long term. This is a hands on, proactive role with the emphasis on securing client confidence, and overseeing all aspects of the project delivery process. Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers is essential.
